Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Results Coordinator to serve as the vital link between our customers and the lab department. In this role, you will manage the flow of information across various internal departments while delivering timely updates and communications to customers. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong written communication abilities, and a proactive approach to learning the technical aspects of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the lab department, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Coordinate and distribute information to internal departments and external customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems as required.
  • Write and respond to professional emails with precision and clarity, building trust through effective written communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline information-sharing and support operational goals.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create, update, and manage reports and documents.
  • Learn and apply technical aspects of the industry to better assist with internal and external inquiries.
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of quality in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting professional emails.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A willingness to learn and understand the technical aspects of the industry, demonstrating curiosity and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer-facing, or coordination role is a plus.
